1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FCM PLUS. By accessing or using the FCM PLUS website, squad builder, player database, comparison utilities, and companion applications (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of our Service immediately. We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued usage of the Service following posted modifications indicates your ongoing acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use FCM PLUS. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Non-Affiliation & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

FCM PLUS is an independent, fan-made database and companion utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Electronic Arts Inc., EA SPORTS, FIFA, or any of their subsidiaries.

All EA SPORTS FC Mobile game assets, player likenesses, club crests, league logos, card arts, and statistical attributes displayed on FCM PLUS are registered trademarks or copyrighted material of Electronic Arts Inc. and their respective intellectual property owners. They are referenced strictly under nominative fair use for informational, news, and community utility purposes.

The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE". While we strive for maximum accuracy, in-game stats, market values, and card releases are subject to live updates from the game publisher and may occasionally vary.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When interacting with FCM PLUS, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our backend infrastructure or APIs

We reserve the right to restrict, ban, or terminate access for any user who violates these rules or compromises the integrity of our platform.
